Carl Tatz's Recording Arts

Studio Owner: Carl Tatz
Studio Manager: Lou Johnson

Carl Tatz's Recording Arts may be one of the most recognized studios in the world, having had it's ASC designed control room featured on the front page of both MIX magazine and ProSound News, as well as being chosen by equipment manufacturers such as Lexicon and Kurzwell for full page color ads in Electronic Musician, Post, Keyboard, MIX, and ProSound News.

In its eighteen-year history, Recording Arts has worked hard to maintain its private cottage-like atmosphere that has made the studio so unique and comfortable. Where other studio owners may have been tempted by their success to "expand," Tatz has been wise enough not to tamper with a good thing by preserving the intimate vibe that distinguishes this famous studio. Rather, the focus is on high quality service and technical excellence. YOU WILL BE PAMPERED.

With the G Plus console with Ultimation by Solid State Logic, (perhaps the best sounding console ever built), and a state of the art large main monitoring system, this multipltinum and gold award-winning studio continues its tradition of never resting on it's laurels and pursuing a constant improvement philosophy to the delight of both its prestigious, loyal clients and the newly initiated.
