Studio Design: Emerald City
Eighteen-foot angled ceilings with distressed barn wood flooring, a large overdub booth with excellent sight lines to the MixRoom™ and the new PhantomFocus™ Monitors set Emerald City apart from other personal studios. Built from the ground up by CTD for a cappella engineer/producer Danny Ozment, the studio is warm, comfortable and airy with windows overlooking its pastoral setting. The facility is postured to accommodate anything from large tracking sessions to overdubs and world-class editing and mixing. The well-appointed skylit cathedral ceiling lounge, kitchenette and full bath provide musicians with a chill area in between sessions. The MixRoom™ features a PhantomFocus™ System-4 driving the new PhantomFocus Monitors.
Note: All MixRooms utilize a custom application of the Carl Tatz Signature Series™ family of acoustic modules by Auralex®.
